CraftRank is an analytics tool that helps Etsy sellers research listings and shops using publicly available data from the Etsy API. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Free Plan and Usage Limits

The Service currently offers a free plan with monthly usage limits on shop and listing lookups. We may change these limits, introduce paid plans, or modify pricing in the future. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Data Accuracy and Estimates

The Service presents data and estimates derived from publicly available Etsy information. Metrics such as revenue and sales are estimates and may not reflect actual figures. The Service is provided for research and informational purposes only, and you are responsible for any decisions you make based on it.

6. Trademarks

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. CraftRank is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Etsy, Inc. We use the Etsy API to retrieve publicly available marketplace data. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by CraftRank and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftRank will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Service, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and CraftRank agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
