CraftRank is an analytics platform for Etsy sellers that provides insights into listing performance, shop statistics, and competitor data that isn't available directly on Etsy. We help you make data-driven decisions to grow your Etsy business.

We retrieve publicly available data from Etsy listings and shops, the same information anyone can see on the platform, then process and analyse it to provide actionable insights. You can optionally connect My Shop through Etsy OAuth to verify ownership. CraftRank never receives your Etsy password and is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Our research tools use publicly available information, the same information anyone can see on Etsy. An optional My Shop connection uses Etsy OAuth to verify ownership. We never receive your Etsy password or retain private seller data. You remain responsible for your own use of the data, and for complying with Etsy's terms.

Figures such as sales and revenue are estimates derived from publicly available Etsy information, not official Etsy data, and they may not reflect actual results. Real numbers can vary due to sales, promotions, cancellations, or other factors that are not publicly visible. The data is provided for research purposes on an "as is" basis, and you should treat the figures as indicative rather than exact. They are reliable for comparing shops and listings against each other and for sizing a market, but they are not a precise figure.How the estimates are made

Etsy shows how many times a listing has been viewed, but not how many of those views became orders. CraftRank estimates sales by applying a typical view-to-sale conversion rate to a listing's views. For a whole shop, we work out a conversion rate from that shop's own sales and views instead of using a generic rate.Methodology

The opportunity score in Keyword Explorer runs from 0 to 100 and balances demand against competition. 66 and above is high (worth pursuing), 33 to 65 is moderate (viable with a clear angle), and below 33 is low (thin demand or a locked-up market).Keyword Explorer guide

We refresh data periodically, and a metric may reflect the most recent time we retrieved it rather than the live value on Etsy at this moment. We don't guarantee real-time accuracy, so figures should be treated as estimates that may lag behind Etsy.

On Light and Max, the Shop SEO Audit and the Listing SEO Audit can suggest fixes for a listing in your connected shop: a title, tags, an opening sentence and materials. They are made with OpenAI from your listing and CraftRank data about your category, never from your orders. Each suggestion appears next to the field it changes, using every suggestion always raises the listing's checklist score, and you review them before saving. Yes, for listings in your connected shop. Open a listing from the Shop SEO Audit (or the Listing SEO Audit) and edit its title, tags, description and materials. The checklist score updates as you type. When you save, CraftRank shows exactly what will change and only updates Etsy after you confirm; price, photos, variations and everything else stay as they are. While you edit, yes: Undo and Redo step through your edits, and Reset puts every field back to what is on Etsy. Nothing reaches Etsy until you confirm a save. Once a change is saved, CraftRank does not undo it for you; edit the listing again and save to change it back.

Yes. You can use every tool on your own Etsy shop and listings to understand your performance, identify trends, and find opportunities for improvement. To connect it, choose Connect Etsy from the dashboard or your account settings and authorise CraftRank through Etsy. This verifies your ownership, pins the shop under My Shop in the sidebar, gives you a free, at-a-glance view that does not count against your monthly shop analyses, and lets you run a full Shop SEO Audit of your whole catalogue. No. We never receive or store your Etsy password. Our research tools use publicly available Etsy data. If you choose to connect My Shop, Etsy OAuth gives us encrypted authorisation tokens for that optional connection. Disconnecting removes those stored tokens.

Yes. Free accounts have no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. For a paid plan, open Settings from the account menu and choose Manage subscription to cancel future renewal in the Stripe billing portal. Simply stopping using the app does not stop billing. After you cancel, Settings shows the date your paid plan ends. You keep your paid allowances until that date, then your account moves to the free plan. Deleting your account is a separate action and ends any active subscription immediately.

The paid Light and Max plans raise your monthly lookup allowances substantially. You can upgrade, change, or cancel at any time from your account settings. See the pricing page to compare plans.
