Quickstart
You can be looking at real Etsy data within a couple of minutes.
1. Create an account
Sign up with your email on the signup page. The free plan gives you full access to every tool, with a monthly lookup allowance on each one, which is plenty to research competitors and audit your own listings. No card is needed. See the pricing page for the exact allowances.
2. Open a tool
Once you are signed in, head to the dashboard and pick a tool from the sidebar. Each tool takes a single input:
- Shop Analyzer takes an Etsy shop name.
- Listing Explorer takes a listing URL or ID.
- Keyword Explorer takes a search term.
- Listing SEO Audit takes a listing URL or ID and scores its SEO.
- Shop SEO Audit runs on your own connected shop (see below), free and unmetered.
- Tag Extractor takes a listing or shop.
3. Read the results
Results load in place. Most metrics refresh daily, so you can revisit a shop or listing over time and watch how it moves.
Connect your shop
If you sell on Etsy, connect your own shop from the dashboard or your account settings. Enter your shop name, the same name Shop Analyzer uses, and CraftRank pins it under My Shop in the sidebar for one-click access. This needs no Etsy login, and the at-a-glance view of your connected shop is free and does not use your monthly quota. You can keep one connected shop at a time and change it once every 24 hours.
Next steps
A single lookup is useful, but the real value comes from chaining the tools toward a decision. Pick the job that matches what you are trying to do:
- Validate a new product niche before you commit to making it.
- Audit and benchmark your own shop against a top seller.
- Diagnose a listing that is not selling and fix the right problem.
